questions are Mistakes Prajakt did when he started LASTBENCHERS.
"Never
pay in advance. Never to anybody. Reason is very simple Money is their
motivation if you give it to them in advance their motivation will die sooner
and passion dries up easily" prajakt said when i asked him about his 3rd
mistake.
"More
importantly I continued with this Chutiyapa for 1&1/2 year" he adds.
I
asked him why he thinks this way.
"Agar
hum ye maan ke chalte hai ki 60% log apne sapno ke liye kaam karte hai aur 40%
paiso ke liye, still we lose 40% of man power once we pay them in advance.”
"Main
to ye bhi kahunga ki apne team me kaam ko le kar logo me partiality karo."
Prajakt said.
"What??
But Why?” I couldn't resist myself.
"Because
equality me sabko barabar milta hai, irrespective of who contributed how much isliye
I recommend partiality. Isse jinhone jada kaam kiya unhe jada milega. Jo log
extra mile chalte hai unhe extra appreciation bhi milna chahiye. Agar na miley
to unki extra mile chalne ki iccha mar jati hai" Prajakt explained.
