Being in movie business you always get advantage of enjoying the company many talented people who inspire you. In our company we have bunch of many such multi-talented guys who excel at what they do. On 31st Dec New Year’s Eve everyone came there to party has witnessed one of finest performances by our team’s lead singer Aniket, Rapper Junaid and classical singer Piyush Bansod.
After
the welcome dance by Dancing birds and performance by RJ Mona Aniket and Junaid
came on stage for their performance. It took them some time to ease themselves.
Then they never looked back.
It
was “In the End” song of Linkin Park but they sang it as there. Junaid sang rap
portion and Aniket sang Verse. One thing which was very prominent was their
confidence, rapport and attitude. You don’t see it every time. I am not
cajoling but it was felt by everyone. I was standing near few guys and they
commented “Abbey ye to lip sync kar raha hai, gana track me baj raha hai”. I
was glad Anikett and Junaid are doing it so well that people can’t distinguish
between original and there singing. In the middle of performance Aniket did
something unexpected, he jumped from stage and joined his audience. Now people
could hear him, see him actually sing and get clear idea of his talent as
singer. Very few singer has this type of confidence. While Aniket was rocking
near audience Junaid continued on stage. He never fumbled nor got disturbed by
shouting crowd. It felt as they came, they sang and left. I want to hear them
more. After this performance energy and tempo of show never went low. They have
set mood and enthusiasm for rest of night.
Aniket came with second song “Back in Life” song from LASTBENCHERS movie. It’s my fav song from movie. Place was getting more crowded and we were getting pumped up. Nothing excited you as crowd cheering and dancing. Aniket sang it beautifully. I could see families and couples listening to it and enjoying something new which they never heard. This song will be loved after release. Lyrics were by Prajakt Rebeloma & Mani Shankar and music by Bhupesh Sawai sir.
Soon
after mid night, Aniket sang Sadda haq where Piyush joined him. Before we end
night they sang LASTBENCHERS movie’s title song. All singers and performers
were appreciated by audiences. And finally all hard work and efforts got paid
when they were hugged by people.
